and the primary sales company and group head office. Our Newfoundland plants are located in
St. Lawerence, Lawn, Hermitage and St. Brides.

Ocean Choice PEI Inc.
Formed in March, 2004, with the purchase of several Atlantic Canadian based
lobster processing facilities, OCI PEI is a wholly owned independent subsidiary
that processes Lobster, Snow Crab, Rock Crab, Atlantic Crab, Oysters and Pelagics.
OCI PEI’s administration and sales office is located at the Souris, PEI facility,
with other facilities in Beach Point and Victoria, PEI.

Ocean Choice Nova Scotia Inc.
A wholly owned subsidiary of OCI, Ocean Choice Nova Scotia includes facilities
located in Arisaig and Lismore, NS, producing primarily Shellfish and Pelagic species.

Coastal Labrador Fisheries Ltd.
OCI, in partnership with another Newfoundland seafood processor, operates
this Snow Crab processing facility in St. Lewis, Labrador.

Northern Shrimp Company Ltd.
OCI, in partnership with two other processors, operates this state-of-the-art
cooked & peeled shrimp (Pandalus borealis) processing facility in
Jackson’s Arm, Newfoundland.

Katsheshuk Fisheries Ltd.
OCI has partnered with two other Newfoundland seafood processors and the
Innu of Labrador in this venture. The company harvests and markets Northern
Shrimp and Greenland Halibut.

Canadian Mussels Ltd.
OCI has partnered with two other companies to form North America’s premier
mussel company. With an annual supply of over 5,000 tonnes, this company produces
primary and value-added Blue Mussels for customers throughout the world.

Jacob Heilmann II Management Inc.
OCI, in partnership with another Newfoundland processor, owns and operates
the factory vessel Vinlander, currently harvesting Groundfish in eastern Canada.

This company operates several Mussel aquaculture sites in
Fortune Bay, Newfoundland.
