Hyperfresh Lobster

  • OCI's Hyperfresh lobster incorporates hyperbaric pressure technology to produce frozen lobster products with the taste of fresh lobster as well as easy and complete meat release from the shell.

Water Jet Flounder Processing

  • In 2010 we introduced water jet cutting technology to our flounder and sole operation.  This not only speeds up the process and improves efficiency but also allows OCI to produce new and innovative products. 

Frozen at Sea (FAS)

  • Several of OCI's fishing vessels freeze our products right at sea.  By freezing within minutes of catch we preserve ultimate freshness for customers who purchase sea scallops, shell on shrimp, Greenland halibut, ocean perch and other species.
